"The boat was nowhere close to what was advertised and what we paid for. Room was advertised as premium but actual was far from it. Very poor room and supporting amenities. Linen, bathroom etc very very poor and not reflecting premium room. Poor linen - holes in linen and towels brown and very worn. No wifi on board even though advertised as with WIFI. No tissues or toilet paper as well as no bath mats. Very unhygienic facility but were asked to walk without shoes onboard."

NOT at all worth the money looting customers, spent so much but was shared with 6 families not peaceful!..asked for towels said 1 room 1 towel(more like long napkins) for 4 ppl. "OMG what a wonderful trip/adventure. The boat cruised around the back waters for about 4 hours. First before we cruised they served us a wonderful lunch. Then while cruising we stopped at a fish market to buy us whatever we wanted to eat for dinner. I bought 6 giant prawns that they cooked up for me in addition to the other chicken dish we had for dinner. Delish!! Vacation time well spent."

"Kochi Marriott Hotel is very well located, just a short walking distance from Lulu Mall, the largest shopping mall in Kochi. The hotel has a beautiful ambiance with a spacious and impressive lobby, and it is considered one of the best hotels in the city The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes catering to different nationalities and tastes. The hotel also provides buffet lunch and dinner with a good selection of food. Lulu Mall is an added advantage, featuring a large food court and a huge hypermarket, making shopping and dining very convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Kochi Marriott Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi."
