"Always a great hotel and my first pick whenever I go to the Netherlands. On this trip I had 4 separate stays at this hotel. My platinum status was acknowledged 3 times and I was upgraded twice. At my 2nd stay the lady at the front desk apparently did not know free upgrade was a thing for Expedia platinum members. As it was only a one night stay I thought it not worth the hassle. "Location was pretty close to the airport if you have an early flight the next day but there is nothing close by except McDonald’s. Staff are friendly and accommodating . Room is basic but spacious and clean ."
