"We requested to clean room but they did not. When we asked receptionist, they afirmed that room had been cleaned. Then, housekeepers came and asked us to hang out for 20 mins. "日本語を話せる女性が一人います。みんなとても親切です。大きなホテルで７０人くらいの結婚式をしていました。清潔です。熱いお湯も出るし、水圧も申し分ないです。ハノイ、空港などへ行くバスをホテルまで呼んでくれます。朝食はビュッフェで、中華、洋食、いろんな種類のものを食べられます。道の向かいにドンキホーテのようなスーパーがあります。駅、国境、祠、歩いて行けます。Thank You!! "
