"It was an incredibly beautiful hotel! I loved the old charm character. We had a balcony and could see all the goings on in the area. It was a different feel from a regular hotel in a wonderful way! The only critique I would have is that the shower is tiny and like one in a camper. It can’t be helped much due to the age of the hotel but the room decor and location and everything else wonderful about the property made up for it!"

"The suite was sparkling clean and just as charming as the photos. Linens and towels were fresh and crisp, and surprise, even a robe and slippers!!! Amazing location in the heart of Old Town Chania with shops and dining options just outside the door.
