"Overall, the property is beautiful and the staff was very nice! I wish there were more amenities because it became quite boring after multiple days on the resort. We purchased the Cool Running package which I didn’t feel was necessary. Our room came with swim up pool. However, the pool was extremely dirty and had to call multiple times for it to be clean. It was also extremely cold temperature. Also, the plumbing was awful so our room smell like sewer the entire stay. I reported this to staff...

"Tolle Anlage, besonders der Poolbereich ist unglaublich. Die Lage ist wunderschön und auch fußläufig zum Ort. Die Zimmer wunderschön. Das Einzige was nicht passt ist das Essen. Buffet zwar sehr schön angerichtet aber geschmacklich sehr langweilig und keine große Auswahl. Entspricht nicht einmal annähernd dem Standard welches es haben sollte. Personal teilweise sehr nett und zuvorkommend aber gerade im Rezeptionsbereich kein 5 Sterne Niveau."

"Ruhig gelegene, wunderschöne Anlage. Großer Außenpool und viel Grünfläche. Abwechslungsreiches Buffet mit tollem Service und sehr gutem Essen. Eine gute Bar mit qualitativ hochwertigen Getränke- und Weinsortiment. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und liebenswert."

"Devo ringraziare tutto il personale, molto professionale e gentile. Un grande complimento alla cuoca persona super gentile sorridente e mostra amore per la sua professione. Un piccolo rimprovero, ci potrebbero essere più persone a lavorare, da quello che ho visto, il personale lavora troppe ore ed ognuno il doppio per mancanza. Camere pulite ordinate, spazi comuni ben tenuti piscina molto carina!!"
