"We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. "Lovely view over the public beach from our balcony. Only downside was smell of someone smoking on a nearby balcony. Room comfortable and clean. Wasn't keen on the window into the bathroom from the bedroom. Even with blind down you can see through to the toilet area. All staff helpful and polite. Liked the different areas around the pool and slope down to tiny beach area. Excellent idea to have a buzzer for staff to take poolside orders. Took advantage of the 8am yoga and pilates classes...

"Beautiful property, the suites are done to a high standard and are exceptionally clean. A lot of care is taken to mainting the property to a high standard. The staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to kefalonia."

"Suxh a warm welcome at Dina Apartments. Lovely clean apartment with all the facilities needed for a self catering stay. Close to Argostoli a good location to use as a base but would recommend having the use of a car. Supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk."

"We had high expectations for this property, especially given the good communication from the owner before our arrival, who provided helpful information. However, our experience was far from what we had hoped. The biggest issue was the noise. Our room (Room 3) was located next to a busy road, and the bin collection at 5:00 AM added to the disturbance. The rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear everything from neighboring rooms—doors closing, showers running, conversations, and even toilets...

"I recently stayed one night at Tetra Retreat and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly opened and everything was impeccably clean. My room was very spacious, with two twin beds and a private pool at the back, which made for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. I also enjoyed an excellent massage during my visit. "We loved our stay at this beautiful, centrally located hotel. After long days of exploring the island, the quiet and comfortable rooms provided a fantastic night's sleep. Everything was exceptionally clean, well-stocked with towels, and featured balconies with stunning bay views. "We had a medical emergency, our grandson was hospitalized for over a week and we could not attend the wedding nor receive a refund or credit to our credit card. The owner & management was unreasonable, not empathetic to our medical situation and refuse to accommodate our emergency medical needs. I would never reserve or stay at their facilities."
