"Booked a 2 bedroom suite. Got given 2 regular rooms next to each other - no problem. However one of the rooms were already occupied. A shock to us both at 2am. "Superbe hôtel avec petit déjeuner compris. Une vue splendide sur la piscine et la plage privée de l'hôtel. Tout ce qu'il faut aux alentours. "Beautiful hotel, great amenities. Needs a bit of an update here and there…walkways around water park, walk ways on beach. Disappointed there were no ice lollies for kids available in all inclusive. Bedrooms are fresh and modern, food spectacular."
