"Recently stayed at the Dorsett, and unfortunately, it did not live up to the expectations of a premium hotel experience. I received an upgraded room, but surprisingly, it did not include a bathtub—only a standard walk-in shower. For an "upgraded" accommodation, would be expecting a bit more luxury, so this was a bit let down. The most frustrating part of the stay was the state of the hallways. The corridors were consistently lined with piles of tied-up plastic bags filled with smelly rubbish...

"Five stars all the way around for this property! Highly recommend the CLUB level. This is what a FIVE star hotel is all about! The staff are exceptional. Rooms are gorgeous with a view. When the refrigerator stopped working, they replaced it within ten minutes! The concierge assisted me with some travel bookings. Everyone is so kind and happy to help! "I don't know why you guys(Experia) want me to write another review of Eaton HK, I wrote one before.This is like my 4th stay in like 2.5 years. Everything is fine at Eaton HK. Location is near everything. Lots of restaurants near by. Easy to get to. Clean room and comfortable bed. The only Con is the smaller room. If you're not a frequent traveler to HK. Most HK hotel have smaller room unlike in US. I personally love a small room, but that's me."
