"Check in was easy. We dropped off our bags and went out to eat. When we came back, the key would not work. We called the front desk and he was not immediately concerned to come help us but ultimately did. He determined the lock to be defective and gave us a new room immediately but said the property technician was gone for the day and we would not be able to get our suitcases out until the morning.
