"I stayed at this Hotel for a couple nights. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, but the decor needs refreshing. I had dinner in the Bar area on two occasions and the food was fantastic - well done to the Chefs. During the second night visit to the Bar, it was quite busy and there was only one operative doing everything (serving, making cocktails, clearing tables etc). I saw people including myself had to get up on several occasions to request for drinks or the bill. After I left the Bar, I went straight to the Front Desk and spoke with a Receptionist. On a positive note, the waiter operative was very friendly and did all that he could, so a massive well done to Roman. The location was fantastic and I would definitely consider staying again if I return to Krakow. Overall, it was a positive stay. "

"Hotel is located in the main square. Perfect location for exploring Krakow. Great accomodation and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, the only downside was no fresh milk available for cereal/tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a few nights break based on price, convenience and overall value. "
