"Plantonia is a well thought out aparthotel with great design, thoughtful touches, and very helpful staff. The location is great for exploring Krakow and easy access to public transportation. "It’s not bad at all—considering the price, the distance from the city center is understandable. Overall, it was okay. However, the place felt a bit like a ghost town—abandoned, with no reception in sight. During our two-night stay, I couldn't find breakfast on either morning, even though I was up by 7 a.m. both days. "

"The rooms was quirky because of all the red brick. Used to be apartments before it was made into what it is now. There was no lunch or dinner service in the “à la carte” restaurant and hasn’t been for more than two years. There was that amount of dust in the breakfast room on the floor and other surfaces and the fire extinguisher which was rather worrying as it told me it’s probably out of date. The floors never get mopped or even hoovered. So wear something on your feet in your room at all...
