The room was fine and clean our cleaner really good. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from. Only 5 minutes walk from the centre and 10 minutes from the bus station and shopping centre.

Stay here for four days. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room and property are very clean. 10 minutes walk to the famous central square. There’s convenient store at the corner of the street.

Comfortable short stay

Comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of the main square. The staff are helpful and professional. I found the bed comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Overall the hotel met all our needs for a short stay.

We had a fabulous stay at the Golden Tulip. The hotel is clean, modern, comfortable and friendly. Lots of attention to detail and very helpful staff. Great location to the square. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend.

This hotel was perfect for us. Easy walking distance from train station and only 7-8 minute walk to Old Town Square. The rooms were clean and comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities and fridge. Breakfast was exceptional with continental and cooked options as well as fruit, cakes, salads and jellies. All Staff were very friendly and helpful. Exceptional effort to theme the hotel for halloween.

3 night city break

Great hotel conveniently located in a quiet part of town. A 20 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to the main square. The staff are welcoming, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast was lovely, lots of choice, not too busy and all you needed to set you up for the day. No complaints about the room - not the biggest but for a long weekend break it's clean, comfortable and perfectly adequate.

Good place to stay

This was the first place I’ve stayed where the card for the door also controlled the lights and power outlets in the room. It took me awhile to figure it out. Restaurant was good menu was in English sub titles. Highly recommend. Everyone spoke English.

Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean. But the temperature in our room was too hot, the lift stopped working at least two times during the weekend, and the fridge was missing. Overall a ok stay with some flaws. The friendly staff saved the weekend.

The Golden Tulip Hotel City Centre, Krakow

We had a 3 night stay at The Golden Tulip Hotel City Centre, Krakow and could not have wished for a better hotel to stay at for our City break in Krakow, the hotel itself was really nice and comfortable and the rooms were ideal for couples. The staff were all pleasant and friendly and were really helpful with any questions or queries we may have had. The hotel is situated literally 5/10 minutes stroll from Krakow old town and is fantastic location for visiting the area. All in all perfect. Thank you

Good city break hotel

The hotel was very nice but the bed mattress was too hard for me but then I did have a bad back at the time so might b ok for others. The breakfast was another level very extensive choice and lots of it regularly replenished. Reception staff very helpful and bar service very good. It’s also very quiet at night. Would definitely use and recommend this hotel.

Great location

The hotel in ideally located. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. My only criticism would be the beds weren’t comfortable with one cushion not a pillow and a very light weight duvet that was totally inadequate for November as it was -2 outside. I would normally expect more from a 4* hotel
