Staff was what made my staff enjoyable along with the clean rooms and quiet area. The hotel was close to many attractions and coffee shop next door. I’ll definitely stay there again should I return to Krakow.

Clean, perfect and only a few steps from the old town center. Rooms are smaller, but everything is very clean and well maintained. VERY convenient to shopping at the Galleria Krakoska. If you want to know what it’s like to live in the Stare Miesto - Old Town Center- and enjoy evening walks - this is the place.

I cannnot praise the staff on reception and room cleaning team highly enough. Friendly, helpful and approachable. I felt safe and welcome from my arrival. Excellent location for old town and Jewish quarter- lots of transport options to airport and further afield. Would definitely recommend

This hotel is in a perfect location just 4-5 minutes stroll to the main square in krakow, close enough so everything is on your door step and far enough away so your not on top of all the pubs. The staff were very polite helpful and courteous, I found the hotel to be very clean and excellent value for money. We came over for my brothers 50th birthday and had a great time if I come to krakow again I will book this hotel again.

Clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The AC was not cold enough that if you wanted to sleep in a cool environment you would have to open the window and it gets quite noisy from the cars and people outside.

The staff are very accomodating. Staff made us coffee on entry and checked in our bags. They made a special effort to make sure our stay was comfortable. Hotel is very clean and has great facilities. Will definitely stay again.

I scoured reviews for the best bang for my buck, AND as a solo traveler, having 24/7 front desk staff on site was important to me. Hotel Wielopole checks ALL the boxes and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The premise is quaint; my room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and sufficient; the staff was friendly and helpful (check out their white board by the elevator with daily comments, the weather, reminders, and restaurant suggestions) and the location is in excellent walking proximity to the train station, main square, castle, and Jewish Quarter. I fell in love with Krakow and am grateful for my pleasant stay at this property! A few tips: -If you’re booking tours with transportation, the Wielopole 2 Kiss and Ride stop is right out the front door. -Indian Flame restaurant down the street is delish. -Save space in your luggage and don’t pack a hair dryer; the one provided in the bathroom is sufficient. -Green Nero Coffee next door is lovely.

Loved this hotel. Perfect location, Old Town across the street. Sightseeing, shopping &dining within walking distance. Tram stops few steps. 2 tram stops and you reach Krakow Main Station. Clean, tidy rooms, adequately spacious ,particularly Double room with balcony & views. Lift access. Complimentary coffee, water & sweets in foyer all day. Rooms with good amenities, WiFi, coffee/tea making, fridge etc. Lovely hospitable and professional staff and service. * Thank you...dziekuje Victoria and all staff, sorry cannot remember all names. Small, but great hotel, with fantastic staff

Location; close to almost everything, few minutes walk to Wawel (Royal Castle), Rynek Główny (Market Square) Sukkienice and Mały Rynek, ten-fifteen minutes walk to Kraków Główny (main train station) and Galeria Krakowska and a not too long walk to both Plac Nowy and Plac Wolnica in Kazimierz. Also close to tramstop (Poczta Głowna). Hotel; nice and clean rooms, with coffee machine, good bed, with several different pillows. Very friendly staff (nothing beats a smiling night receptionist when checking in after midnight) and nice and helpful receptionist the next day, remembering and following up the conversation from earlier that day, when returning to the hotel in the afternoon. As a guest, you feel appreciated and more than “just another customer”.

I prefer small well equipped rooms over spacious but uncomfortable rooms, and so this worked well for me. It's a well organized hotel with almost all street-facing rooms, but it's super quiet. Good natural light and generally welcoming. Good breakfast. Probably some of the most pleasant and attractive desk staff you'll find anywhere.

I’ve been traveling through Europe for the last 2 months and this was my least favorite hotel so far. The bed was really uncomfortable and I woke up with a very sore back and neck. No top sheet, just a heavy comforter which is too much in the summer. The location is outside of old town which I thought would be ok but it felt depressing. I wish I had just spent a little more to be closer to where the shops and restaurants were. Only good part was Green Cafe Nero close by for great coffee.
