The hotel was ideally situated for the main tourist areas in Krakow. It was 10 mins walk from the central train station and 5 minutes walk from the central square.
The hotel itself was very clean, warm easy to access. All staff were very polite and helpful. We’re we stayed in room 34 which was on the third floor and at the back of the hotel. The room was very clean, warm and a good size. The bed was very comfy the bathroom a good size and spotless.
Breakfast was of a good standard with the usual cold food and also an offering of hot food being scrambled eggs, pancakes, sausage and beans. The only negative albeit a minor one that the coffee from the automatic machine was only luke warm but they did provide instant coffee aswell.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Krakow.
