"My family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids ages 11 and 13 stayed at waterman village for 3 nights. It was perfect and a fun glamping experience. The village has a pool, restaurant, laundry room, some small activities for kids like a ping pong table and small mini putt. Its a short walk to a beautiful beach where you can grab a drink or ice cream, rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for only 6 euro. They allow you free acess to their sister resort. We took a beautiful 25ish minute walk through the main town...

"Ich wurde sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin Nada empfangen.Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl.Das Appartement war in einem Tadellosen gepflegten Zustand mit Küche, Geschirr,Kaffeemaschine und allem was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Haus aufs Meer ist grandios! Alles ist ruhig und das Haus umgeben von schönen Bäumen, Gärten. Zum Meer und Restaurants ist es fußläufig nicht sehr weit. Schade ,das ich leider nur 3 Nächte dasein könnte aber ich werde in jedem Fall wiederkommen.Das...

"Great place located near both the harbor and the beach. Reliable aircondition (which is a must) and all the equipment you need. We rented a flat on the third floor and got great exercise. The TV satelite did occasionally not work. All in all, we had a great stay in Makarska."

"Unser Mobilehome war sehr komfortabel, sauber und gepflegt. Der Empfang war herzlich und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Campingplatz ist sehr überschaubar und daher auch extrem ruhig. Für seine Kinder braucht man ein gutes selbstorgnaisiertes Programm. Die Wasserhüpfburg kostet 7€ für eine halbe Stunde. Finde ich persönlich überzogen und hat uns vom Gebrauch abgehalten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen."

Great scenery-the walk to the apartment was spectacular with the mountains just above. The owner of the apartment, "gospoda Nada" was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant stay!"

"Väldigt bra läge precis vid stranden med havsutsikt och nära till restuaranger, strandpromenad och shopping. Fanns mycket aktiviteter att göra men minus för att allt var så dyrt. Lägenheten var toppen och fint skick men vi fick ingen städning på hela veckan då vi hade bokat själva och inte genom resebyrå. Minus också för att AC:n i sovrummet inte fungerade och det var plus 30 grader hela veckan. AC i allrummet fungerade bra. "

"It did not look like the pictures. The pictures showed it to be modern, bright and cheerful. It was not. The pots still had grease on them. No coffee pot. No coffee or tea provided or shampoo or shower gel. It was supposed to be near airport. It was not. It was supposed to have free airport shuttle. It did not. The immediate area was full of graffiti. The backyard was unkempt. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. "
