"10 minutes walk from old town"

"My husband and I had a nice stay here. I will say however, the room is extremely small. The photos were mostly of the larger room with the tub, so I recommend getting that room if you don’t like small rooms. Also the toilet being just a glass door, so no privacy when you’re going to the bathroom so be prepared to get very close with whoever you are staying with haha. But other than that the AC was amazing! And this was the only stay we had on our honeymoon that had a smart tv so we could watch...

"We loved the washer-getting in a couple of loads really helped on an 1 month trip. Also , a nice deck overlooking the rooftops… hard to see the ocean tho. Parking on the property is always good ( no fee or parking 2 blocks away). Overall, a very comfortable stay and well worth the price. You will need to haul you luggage up 2 flights of steps tho. "

"This property is outstanding, right in the heart of Zadar and walkable to everything. The property is immaculately clean and felt like home from home with the added extras, supplied by the host. We were two females travelling and felt safe and comfortable in the apartment. Communication from the host was brilliant pre trip and during. An absolute gem, we will definitely be returning!"

"Dino went out of his way to help us both with suggestions for tours and restaurants but also with guiding us through parking, posting mail, and recovering forgotten items. Nothing fazed him! And the accommodations absolutely lived up to their name! Location couldn’t have been better—parked the car and didn’t need it again for the rest of our stay!"

"Clean comfortable room. Bathroom had all the amenities and towels. Super friendly staff and a good breakfast. Best part is the location of this hotel. Right at the water front and 5-10 min walk to the old town area and 2 mins to the Sea Organ. If you planning a trip to Zadar, good place to stay."

"Ich war sehr begeistert, von der Ausstattung und dem Service eher ein Hotel als ein Hostel. Das Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad war sauber und modern. Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist perfekt, trotzdem war es in der Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Im Haus befindet sich ein sehr gutes Restaurant, bei dem Hausgäste sogar einen Rabatt bekommen. Der Personal ist äußerst freundlich, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant."

"I stayed in a private double room. Super tiny room and bathroom. I was barely able to open my luggage inside the room. I chose this room type thinking there would be a nice view like advertised, but it didn't come with one. Breakfast was okay. Location was great. "
