"Tolle Anlage, besonders der Poolbereich ist unglaublich. Die Lage ist wunderschön und auch fußläufig zum Ort. Die Zimmer wunderschön. Das Einzige was nicht passt ist das Essen. Buffet zwar sehr schön angerichtet aber geschmacklich sehr langweilig und keine große Auswahl. Entspricht nicht einmal annähernd dem Standard welches es haben sollte. Personal teilweise sehr nett und zuvorkommend aber gerade im Rezeptionsbereich kein 5 Sterne Niveau."

It’s a fine, middle of the road 3 star with a decent view (ish) and uncomfortable beds, and a number of other annoying but minor flaws. It is not a five star or anything close to that. There is just no objective reality to that claim. The experience made me question the reliability of hotels.com’s system for rating and ensuring accuracy. For a mid to low 3 star...

"Came here with my 2 kids. It was a perfect location very easy to get picked up for tours that we booked. Restaurants were booked when we got there but they fit us in at the front desk. Everything was perfect except I felt that the pools closed too early. They closed at 6pm but other than that I would definitely stay here again."

"The whole holiday from start to finish was above and beyond from the staff nice personal touch from the team of staff. Food options were amazing, catering virtually all day long if you want it and the drinks are great too with cocktails even on the all inclusive. I couldn’t praise this Hotel/holiday enough.
