Khách sạn Kríže

"I wish I could give this resort 5 stars but it’s Hotels.com’s fault and my fault for not paying closer attention to detail. When I booked this I unfortunately didn’t understand it was a FAMILY resort. It is PERFECT for families with kids. Although I was curious about the conference area. I also didn’t understand the language well and perhaps j was there on a dedicated kids weekend. As a solo traveler I was caught off guard. Other than that this resort is FANTASTIC!! Gorgeous, close to the...

"The room was spotless, and the check in staff, she was very sweet and helpful"

"The only downfall is, there is to many stairs, when you leave the hotel to go to the villag e, specially for older people,"

"This is a pretty boutique hotel, and we had a very nice room and bathroom. We didn't have any hand soap or body wash for the shower--I am sure they just forgot-- but the room had nice amenities, such as a minibar, easy to use plugs, big towels, plenty of light, all in all it was clean and comfortable. There is an elevator inside, but this is simply not an accessible building--even with the elevator, there are places with steps, and up to the front entrance is a good set of stone stairs! There...

"Very pleasant and friendly service."

"Staff was very helpful. They called several companies to get a taxi for me that would accept card payments. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful selection."

"Beautiful place to stay "

"Very clean room. Excellent value for the money. Helpful staff."

"Perfect property but wrong location. Absolutely nothing to do or see when visiting."

"Perfekt super obsługa und Service wszystko bardzo ładnie i dobrze"

"Izba čistá, milý personál, penzión v centre mesta."

"Only complaint, using appliances were a bit challenging. But we are from the US, it a little different. Overall, place was superb."

"We have language barrier with the front desk staff. They don't speak & understand English. We need to climbed up stairs until we reached 3rd floor even though I have difficulties in walking. I already made a request beforehand to have a room with no upstairs & long walked because of my walking condition. They are inconsiderate. No air condition. Feels that we are inside the sauna. No shampoo, no soap. Bath towel is very small. The only good in this place is the size."
