"No valet parking. Had to park 3 blocks away and carry my luggage. No waters in the room. Only two bath towels. Took 40 mins for a very simple 1item food order. Receptionist s check-in was very difficult to understand and had no knowledge. Seems poorly managed. The only thing good was the location. In the future I will stay somewhere else and uber. "

"The hotel was immaculately clean. The staff was so friendly, everyone we encountered had a smile. The front desk found out we just got engaged that morning and they sent a complimentary bottle of wine to our room. We truly appreciated it. It topped off our amazing day. Oh and the roof top bar is spectacular. "

"We checked in late into our room. Room was hot so we clicked the air on. After an hour later and the temperature being 78 we decided to call the front desk. The lady answered wasn’t helpful nor did she care. Her response was “just shut it off”. After another hour of it being off and the room reaching 81. We decided to pack up at 1am and leaving to find another hotel"
