"The evening check-in was pleasant and quick. Our room was clean but needs to be updated. Bed and sofa/sofa bed were not comfortable at all. We only stayed one night. We went down next morning for breakfast but on our way up, our key card was deactivated as was another family members. We went down and morning rep was NOT very pleasant at all. We told her card was deactivated and she just asked for the card. Did not ask our names to confirm or anything. When we actually checked out she just said to drop key card in basket. I had to ask for a receipt and didn't get a thank you. Plenty choices for meals."

"We did not have a good experience at this hotel. The room was not clean, shower had a ring of dirt and there was a used very dirty washcloth in the shower. We paid for a hot breakfast, which was not good, cold eggs and potatoes. The staff hides the plates until you give them your tickets, which we had to go back for because they were not given to us initially. It was a very noisy hotel with 3 to 4 baseball and football teams visiting with teenagers and kids running all over the place. Very overpriced and not worth staying at. We had a terrible experience and cannot recommend this hotel."

"Staff was pleasant. Room wasn’t great. Table wasn’t wiped down, crumbs from previous people on the carpet in multiple places, blankets were disgustingly dirty, the bathroom needs thing replaced and bottles clean up , there was dried up product drips all over them. There was a constant beep in the hallway and someone vacuuming at 10:45 at night for a good 15 minutes and talking loudly. No one got very good rest, will not be back. "

"The front desk people were fantastic! The room was an accessible room. Handheld shower head was quite high and heavy. It was a tub-/not walk in shower (just be aware). There was no microwave in the room. I don’t consider a microwave an exceptional amenity anymore. Don’t remember staying anywhere without one for years. Biggest inconvenience was poorly placed outlets. Could not plug in my phone charger or c-pap machine at my bedside. We came to visit Cahokia Mounds and the National Shrine of the Lady of the Snows. Very convenient to those locations. Great selection of good food options. Nice pool. Decent Breakfast."

"When we arrived the lobby and desk was empty. I unloaded my luggage and waited for someone. 15 minutes later a lady showed up up from the parking lot and apologized saying there was a big sale at Kohls she couldn’t miss. Next morning there was no coffee, only 8 pieces of sausage left and a little scrambled eggs. Been traveling for forty years with my job and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Your company is going down the tubes!"

"Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. We were shocked and disappointed to find there was no ramp to the dining room - only steps. Also the bathroom door in our ADA room swung outwards but would close on its own as you enter the bathroom. This also was quite surprising and disappointing with requiring a walker to ambulate. This made getting into the bathroom a bit of a struggle. There was a hook-type device on the interior side of the bathroom door. With the door swinging closed as you enter, that device struck my right shoulder and/or my shoulder ran into it while the door was closing and left a bruise. :( I’m only 56 and I don’t bruise easily."
