"I had to give one star unless I would ever give it a star , we arrived at 5 and our room was not ready so they let into another room for one hour and we were exhausted, the apartment was nice but they change the room for the us it was in a basement with mold , no towels , no internet we had to beg for everything then the next day they moved us into another room not the best but better than the basement totally not worth it the price , no professional , they lied to us they said you are going...

"Nous avions réservé un appartement au bâtiment F et finalement nous avons eu l'appartement dans le E bref arrivé a 18h et logement était ba peine prêt ménage pas terminé. Nous étions 6personnes et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes pratique et ne parlons pas des couverts 2fourchettes 1 couteau et 2Cuilleres. Une honte on réserve pour 6 et ce n'est même pas équipé nous avons été obligé de prendre les couvertures qu'il y avait dans notre voiture car pas assez pour tout le monde bref je ben recommande...

"So this property was beautiful inside and very clean, the location wasn’t the greatest, it was a little far from most activities we wanted to do but the place itself made up for it as it was very nice, clean, spacious, and a good deal price wise. The staff was also very helpful and responded immediately to any of our needs. We initially didn’t have a coffee maker in our room and the staff brought one up immediately when we requested it along with some new capsules. We would stay here again,...

"1- Clean, yes, quite no, after midnight, above-floor occupant can hear their noise, and dragging and moving furniture. 2- Upon checking in, they demanded extra payment (which we did pay in cash) to have them turn on the one-unit air conditioner (located in the sitting room). By the way, the apartment has two bedrooms with no air conditioning. 3- Unfavorable location."

"It was a lovely place but very poorly equipped. A kitchen with no pots or pans. Only one knife. No cups. A gas stove top with no instructions. No spare toilet roll. A shame because I know a lot of people who like to stay in 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom places with elevators and reasonable prices and good local cafes but they also like to be able to use the kitchen"
