The address given in Zagora is the office - NOT the camp. You have to go to the office first - as the camp will require a guide to go on a dirt road in the desert to get to the camp. Try to have dinner in town before showing up at the office to check in - the food is quite limited...

"I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. "We spent two nights here during the Taragalte festival and enjoyed our stay. Yahya was very nice and organized our transport from Zagora to Mhamid and then from the hotel to the festival each evening. Note: DO NOT BOOK ON EXPEDIA. I booked through Expedia and was charged when I made the reservation. However, when I got to the hotel, Yahya asked me to pay the entire cost AGAIN in cash. El dueño del campamento me escribió por whatsapp comentandome que al final en el de Zagora no tenían hueco y me pasaron al de Tagounite (60 km mas abajo de Zagora). El campamento está una duna bastante grande, alejado de la carretera a 16 km de Tagounite. Está decorado bastante bien para estar en medio del desierto, tienen agua y electricidad. El baño estaba un poco sucio, pero nada importante, toral para pasar una noche...
