"The room smelled of cigarette smoke. When asked to change room, the reception was most reluctant. After that the staff become rude to us. "sedap hotel ni dekat dengan restoran，kedai dan sebagainya. senang nak ke mana mana. katilnya besar dan selesa. pekerja hotel ramah mesra. tandas pun bersih. hawa dingin sangat sejuk"

"Great place to stay, helpful staff and clean facility"

"Excellent location walking distance to all amenities, very friendly service, ample free parking, highly recommend"
