どこに行くにも便利なホテル

スルタンイスメール駅から徒歩5分くらいですが、すぐ近くの通りとそのとなりの通りにバスが走っていて、とても便利な立地です。GOKLのレッドラインもあるので、KLセントラルまで無料で行けます。他には、モノレールもありますが、ここまでは少し歩きますね。飲食店はホテルの隣が24時間やっているお店なので、全く困りませんでした。プトラジャヤから戻ってきたのが22時くらいだったので、隣がやっていてくれて。とても助かりました。部屋もそんなに悪くなかったですし、設備は古いものの部屋は快適でした。私は入りませんでしたが、館内にはプールもあり、外に出なくても楽しめます。一つだけ注文があり、バスルームに足拭きは置いて欲しいです。(結局、バスタオルで代用してしまいました。)

J'ai passé un très mauvais séjour dans cet hotel à tel point que j'ai du réserver un autre hotel tellement cet établissement etait catastrophique.Je ne le recommande vraiment pas il est loin de tout très insalubre il y avait des cafards partout salle de bain dans un etat lamentable y avait du produit de cafards dans le palier la chambre c etait vraiment infecte.Le personnel pas du tout aimable j avais demander un lit 2 places je me suis retrouver avec 2 lits separes la personne à l'accueil me disant qu il n exister pas de grands lits 2 places et en montrant ma reservation la personne me dit que ma chambre serait modifier le lendemain finalement pareil la personne ne tiens pas sa parole et de la j ai decider de changer d hotel je vous recommande pas du tout cet hotel.

Lähellä Sultan Ismaelin monorael asemaa. Hotelli ei ole päätien varrella. Huoneet näennäisen siistit, mutta kulahtaneet. Kokolattiamatto ja kaikki tekstiilit penkki ja päiväpeite kaipaavat pesua. Huoneessa oli myös bedbugseja.Kylpyhuoneen saumat homeessa. Yövyimme club huoneessa, johon kuuluu loungen käyttöoikeus. Lupailevat pientä purtavaa, mutta tarjolla oli vain makeaa pussikahvia ja kuivia leivänpaloja. Aamiainen oli kohtuuhyvä, tosin Aasialaistyylinen. Netti toimii, mutta vaatii jatkuvaa sisäänkirjautumista. Allas varjossa, joten vesi viileää. Sijainti aika hyvä. Lyhyt matka kauppakeskukseen ja Chow kitin kaupoille.

The staff make this hotel

we hade booked a week here the first room they put us in standard to be honest was unacceptable and needed much repair and reconditioning....however that being said when I went to the front desk in the morning describing how we were looking forward to a relaxing holiday and the picture shown and what we were anticipating we were dissapointed I was very nice about this and asked if he could possibly help me out and turn this into a lil vaction i was anticipating i would greatly appreciate it ....they did just that they upgraded us even had access to a special lounge... the guys at the front desk are amazing and if you are nice to them and smile and treat them fairly they will bend over backwards for you as they did for me and my daighter it was thanks to the guys at the front desk that truely made our stay without them I think i woulda just counted down the hours until my flight left a week later

2 backpackers som hade hoppats på mer

hotellet ligger en bit bort från all shopping och alla sevärdheter, ca 10min promenad till monorailhållplatsen för blåa linjen Sultan Ismail eller 15min promenad till gröna linjens hållplats Medan Tuanku, det är smidigt att ta sig till sevärdheter via monorail. Hotellet luktar allmänt illa, som en italiensk korv och cigarettfabrik ungefär.. Frukosten är bra men det springer råttor i restaurangen.. Dumt att kalla det för AC på rummet för det hjälpte inte ett dugg och var nästintill olidligt varmt när det inte ens fläktaden.. WIFI fungerade ibland så ska man boka flyg eller dylikt så gå någon annanstans med bättre nätverk så ni slipper börja om flera ggr..

It was nice! there were only a mess about my coffee break, that was included, but they thought it wasn't. I showed them the booking confirmation so they gave me the free breakfast.

Ce fut très vite que nous avons reçu nos clés, même si l administration était très achalandé. Les clients de l hôtel très diversifié culture, donc quelques fois mauvais entretien aux alentours de la nourriture du buffet déjeuner, al emplacement était idéale pour tous les transport en commun, L entretien de la chambre était quand même bien. Nous avions accès au club longe alors très belle vue des tours Petronas, Endroit tranquille malgré la quantité de clients.

Shabby in KL.

I would not stay in this hotel again, it needs to be fixed up, our safety latch was broken, tiles in the bathroom were cracked and missing. My husband did not sleep well as the bed caused him to roll into the middle. Overall room in shabby state. I will say that the staff were very nice and did their best to deal with any problems or requests. We did not use the pool as it just did not look appealing, and the breakfast was mediocre for size of hotel. Wifi also poor.

Hotel is the dirties I have ever seen.

Hotel Location is bad, hotel staff is not accommodating at all, hotel food is disgusting, rooms are the dirties I have seen in my life. EXPEDIA please remove this hotel from you list.

Over all good experience. All staff are very supportive specially hotel manager (Tall man :) )
