My wife and I booked a room at the H Boutique Kota Damansara but the lady at the desk could not find our reservation. We arrived from overseas fairly late at night (8pm) and did not want to search for another hotel. Fortunately the young lady, after about 30 minutes of researching, was able to give us a room. We decided to move to a different hotel the next day.

In need of a re-fit

Great location, but in drastic need of a re-fit. Fridge didn't work. Several lights didn't work. We moved rooms because our original room had water leaking through the ceiling. I feel a guilty because they obviously suffered financialloy through the Covid lockdown, but you have to call it as you see it.

Not worth the money

Beds not comfortable. Curtains in queen room filthy. Curtain between lift and lobby filthy. Says on key card happiness is in the detail. What detail? Does not exist . Coffee tray and tissue holder needs to be changed. Everything old and tired. BATS bar across the way plays loud music to 2am and also karaoke bar on other side so depends which room you get. Pillows rock hard, need changing along with bed sheets and towels, murky beige colour. Management need to address this. Not worth the money you pay. Only 2 tv channels! Only positive is the location.

Clean, comfort and good location

The hotel room is very clean and comfort. The only disadvantage is no fridge and limited TV channel. The location of hotel is very good with shopping centre and good food at the surroundings. Definitely will visit again if come to stay at that area.

Clean, simple and good location.

The room is quite clean and comfortable although a bit small, don't have fridge and only have limited TV channel. The location is quite good as it is located in the shopping center and many shops at the surrounding.
