Very comfortable and reliable place to stay when in KL for business. Breakfast would be better value with a barrista coffee service, and a drinking water station in the lobby would be appreciated. Other than that, everything is great and their gym is the best.

I’ll stay here over and over

This was a great stay. The rooms are outdated but for the money I paid, I received more than I paid. Onsen, convenience store stocked with goodies, shuttle to airport and the mall and train station.

Amazing Hotel

I could not of wished for more. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the facilities were simply amazing. The evening we stayed at the hotel we used the spa facilities and the outdoor swimming pool. In the morning we had a full breakfast and left the hotel having had a wonderful nights sleep.

The hotel was conveniently located with easy access to the train station. However, I mostly used Grab. The swimming pool and gym were very modern and in great condition. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of Malaysian food. I was very satisfied overall.
