The person who checked us is was wonderful. Two days later i was sitting at the bar and he came to say hello and ask about my stay. That wasn't such a big deal. The fact that he used my name when he addressed me was impressive. He may have looked it up before talking to me, but the point is, the initiative was taken making the customer (me), feel noticed and seen. Very nice touch! He needs a raise@

Across from the largest mall in Kuala Lumpur! Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, rooftop infinity pool. However, it is long way from downtown and the airport. About 45-60 minutes by taxi from each place, depending on time of day.

Was slightly disapointed I wasnt offered a room upgrade after a check in problem took over half an hour to resolve and the hotel was very empty. No bath robe in the room was also disapointin, but the friendly staff and the condition of the hotel still merit 5 stars.

Business stay for 4 nights

Overall this hotel deserves a thumbs up, front desk staff are friendly and accommodating to make u feel at home. Rooms are big and clean, but to watch youtube or netflix u would have to do a series of stuffs before u can connect to it. It would be better if it can connect direct from the smart tv. Lastly it is near the Pavilion mall, which offers almost everything u need from shopping to eating and getting your daily necessities. This hotel do come with its downsides. 1) Breakfast was horrible and at a very high unjustifiable price point. Rice was hard and uncook, even noodles were hard. The spread was mediocre, which if compare to other same level hotel, i could get a much more spread with live stations at half the price of what Hyatt is charging! 2) There is no free parking available and u would have to pay for valet parking every single day for your stay here. 3) there are no local eateries (local cheap shophouse kind) that is walking distance from the hotel. The nearest is also like a 10mins walk from the hotel. Overall i would recommend if u like the location, nice big rooms, and have a peaceful quiet stay, internet is good enough for concalls. If breakfast and local breakfast food are your thing, then avoid this hotel.

Worst check out process i ever encountered!

Check-in was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the towel smelled strongly of mould — totally unacceptable for a place that otherwise seemed well-maintained. Check-out was an absolute nightmare. Joshua, the staff on duty, questioned whether any verification had been done at check-in. I was stunned — how would I have been able to check in without it? The process was incredibly slow, despite me clearly stating I was in a rush. No urgency, no accountability. What made it worse was having to leave without my deposit refund because they couldn't get their act together in time. I wasted precious time, got treated like I was lying, and left frustrated and empty-handed. Completely unacceptable service at check-out.
