"The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next...

"Located on the 43rd floor of the Eaton Residences, Moonway Suites apartment was large, clean and very comfortable. The highlight is access to the rooftop infinity pool with an incredible view of Kuala Lumpur’s iconic Petronas towers. The Eaton Residences has 24 hour security and is located 5 minutes from the Conlay station on K-L’s pristine and extensive MRT."

"Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. "Fantastic stay , the host was amazing and helpful, but the front desk need to have training in how to treat guests. They were pathetic , a personality would go a long way. Other than that thank you to the host of the apartment."
