"Hotel is beautiful. De personeel zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Privestrandje heerlijk op loopafstand van ong 30 meter. Het eten is prima en heerlijk. Juist niet grote bufffet maar voldoende. Himmafushi is een prachtig bevolkte eiland waar je kan zien hoe de Maldivische cultuur is. Groot verschil met eilanden/atollen waar alleen resort is. Daar houden wij ervan. Dus we hebben echt van genoten."

"This was our first time in the Maldives and it exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely amazing. We paid extra to have a pool at our bungalow but the resort does have its own pool where we found ourselves most times so I would say it’s definitely not needed to have your own pool but it is nice to have one. "Pros: Beautiful island, excellent staff, delicious food and very convenient location. Loved every second of our entire stay. Cons: Male and shipping traffic very visible, didn't bother us but may bother others. Snorkeling around the hotel isn't the best, but there are some decent places to be found. "

"The Baros Island is beautiful and has an amazing house reef, with plenty of sharks, turtles, rays and an amazing array of beautiful fish. The resort in parts is a little tired and but the management are on the case. The food and service were first class and made for an delightful two weeks. Our host Shinta was excellent, no request was too much trouble and she was on hand to assist with any issues that arose. It was well presented, extremely clean and clear request to leave shoes outside which was safe.
