The hotel and staff are absolutely incredible!!! We would highly recommend this hotel. Sadly, there was a wedding going on during our stay, so we were not able to use the pool. However, the staff were exceptional and helped us find other activities to relax, and we will definitely visit again! Our butler, Nandini, went above and beyond, and made our stay very very special. She is an asset to the hotel. The driver, Ramesh, made us feel very safe, and gave us so much information about the city...

Just a gorgeous hotel. Great staff. Amazing room. A haven. Amazing.

The hotel and staff were exceptional. The staff when above and beyond and couldn’t do enough for you. Lovely hotel!!

The staff is very helpful and Mr. Sanjay from front desk is very cooperative and kind heart. The rooms are clean food is delicious.

Enjoyable to be repeated oftentimes cause of our good experience in over.

It was nice to hangout.. Good to relax..good activities etc.

May be good place for destination wedding, but not for resort outing. Nothing much to do apart from Swimming Pool. Though Pool is great. Games are not well maintained. Food options are limited and okay.(Not matching to 5 star category, not even 4 star.) Building is very neat and clean. Delayed housekeeping service. May be because of long weekend rush.

Good Stay.

We had the most amazing stay and sleep at the Taj Amer in Jaipur. Upon entering we were blessed with a tikka and a necklace and greeted by staff who were most helpful. The room was cleaned everyday, towels, gowns were changed everyday, everything was topped up everyday. All the staff were very polite, helpful, respectful and they always greeted guests. The food was amazing, really tasty and was nice to see local cuisine available. Had great service from all the staff during the breakfast...

Gym was lacking plus please remember this has no alcohol license but they did very well on everything else. Pool is sublime

Great service great accommodation and location would recommend
