"This hotel is catered for the local community, the food and as not high quality, the amenities are lacking, the cleanliness is lacking, the gardens and green areas are not well taken care off, the high tea is laughable, pictures are very deceiving. Overall not what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel, my wife and I were very disappointed."

And beyond all else is the attentive service from a friendly and helpful staff. And I mean round the clock top notch service. We left wondering if we would ever be able to do anything for ourselves again. "

"There was not enough staff within the building. Overall the property is small and the pictures online make it seem like a much fancier nice property. I would rate it a low 4 star hotel. It’s clean and the food was good. The dosas were excellent every morning. Their in room dining was also great. The towels were rough and old. "
