"1. Rooms are dirty and aged
2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there.
3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories
4. Power switches in the room falling apart.
5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star.
Badly run down premise.
6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs.
Its ashame that this hotel...

"Overall was good but the amenities in the room were lacking. Not sure if the staff forgot to topup or what but we only had 1 towel. We had to request for another towel, 2 face towel and 2 bathrobes (as we are planning to swim).
Another point was we booked a king bedroom and during check in the staff also mentioned kind bedroom but it turns out that the ‘king’ bed was 2 single bed combined together. "
