Our guest room was enough clean but the bathroom sink drain was clogged. Staff was so kind to us. Selling cakes, reserving taxi and shuttle bus service. Unfortunately our stay was in a middle of hari raya, so many stores and restaurants were closed. However we felt calm and warm welcoming at hotel ...

Great hotel
This hotel is really magnificent and is a must-visit in Brunei. It is a pitty I did not have much time to spend there. I guess I can spend the whole day or even two days wandering around to take photos and to enjoy all the services. The only thing I did not like about it is a lady at the reception ...
