"Cooking amenities lacking. Only 2 frying pans and 1 very small pot. One pan you could not use . It was so scratched that it was unsafe to cook in. Teatowel had holes in it. Fridge had last guests food still in it. Had to buy pegs to hang laundry. Washing machine on button was broken, thankfully they had another machine next to it. Rubbish bins were full. We were staying 5 nights with a family of 3 adults children so had to put rubbish in recycling bins. Lawns were very overgrown. Covers on...

"We chose this property for its location and it certainly delivered on easy access to Eden Park and Kingsland rail station. The Off street parking and the kitchenette were an advantage too. Property a little dated but clean. Gave us an affordable mini break in Auckland. Friendly manager. "

"The room, staff and parking was exceptional. The lunch time meal deal was brilliant but the menu at night doesn’t compare with dining options in the CBD which is only a short walk away. Location was magnificent close to Woolworths and petrol. Definitely returning."

"We’ve stayed here regularly and it’s been ok. Unfortunately this time it was too disgusting to stay. Cockroaches, used toothpick next to the bed, dirty socks left behind. A musky smell in the room. We didn’t even stay one night. When we tried to communicate this at check out on Friday night, where we handed in the key, we unfortunately had a very disinterested person on the desk who told us to have a good day 🙄 we’re not after a refund, just letting the motel know. "The house had an overall grimy dirty feel to it. Cobwebs and spiders in the corners of windows etc. lots of flies. Messy lawn and rubbish outside. House served its purpose in terms of giving us all a bed to sleep in but that’s about it. Shower head was broken. No top sheets on beds. Overall pretty gross."

"The rooms were smaller than I had imagined, there are cracks in the tiles in the main kitchen area. It’s very noisy during the night with what sounds like large fans or rangehoods from below restaurants going solidly from 2am. There may be quieter rooms. "

"Lovely clean studio with washer and dryer which was awesome. Took a bit to work out the stove. But the receptionist was helpful. Good location for the basketball tournament I was attending with my son. "
