Very kind and courteous staff, easy parking, clean and comfy room (even though the bathroom was very tiny, especially if you're from America), amazing breakfast, and a great location. Wish I stayed longer than one night. It was a quick stop in Kupio to go to Rovaniemi.

Hyvä työmatkahotelli, valitettavan huono sänky

Kävin työmatkalla. Hotelli on siisti ja henkilökunta oli palvelualtista. Aulapalvelu auttoi ratkomaan pienen haasteen sisäänkirjautumisessa ystävällisesti. Aamupala on kattava ja maukas ja saunaosasto oli miellyttävä vaikka sijainti kellarissa ei olekaan ideaali. Huone oli yksinkertaisesti varusteltu mutta siisti ja hyvässä kunnossa. Hotellirakennus on jokseenkin kolkko, varsinkin ulkoa. Iso miinus kokemuksessa oli valitettavan huono sänky, jonka kuoppa teki nukkumisesta epämukavaa.

Arvostan hotellissa eniten hiljaisuutta ja tämä hotelli sitä ei ollut. Viereisestä huoneesta kuului hyvin selkeästi televisio & puhe seinän läpi ja ulkoa kaikki mahdolliset äänet. Lisäksi ovien pauke oli häiritsevää. Majoituin yhden hengen huoneessa, minkä WC/suihku oli hieman liian ahdas. Sänky oli mukava. Aamiainen maukas!
