"Clean room. Lovely breakfast which was actually in a nearby restaurant. The fact that the rooms were in a dentist office was very odd and made it difficult to find but once we were there the were no issues. A bit of the shower was broken in the room but we worked around this and there was a boiler/hot water tank in the room which was noisy and woke us up in the middle of the night when other people were using water. But all in all I can’t complain for a one night stay and it was cheap and comfortable."

"Property was beautiful, front desk staff was friendly and professional, room was very clean and comfortable, location was great for our next day departure from TIA. Disappointed that sauna was not working. Bar and restaurant staff were less than friendly and told us we could not order room service (even though front desk said of course we could). The hotel was hosting a birthday party in the pool area and the f&b staff claimed to be too busy to help us. Difficult to believe that a hotel of this caliber would not have properly staffed for a party that was surely booked with plenty of advanced notice. Sorry to complain, but I wanted our last night on vacation to be special and the hotel should be staffed so that all reasonable requests can be accommodated, not just the party."

"Needed a place to stay after a late flight into Tirana airport, and this fit the bill perfectly. Can see it from the airport exit, late check-in available and the room was spotless. We arrived late for breakfast the following morning as they were closing up, but what was available was enough to fuel us for a drive to the coast."

"I was looking for a simple no frills hotel and the Allure fit the bill perfectly. The room was clean and well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. I didn't really trouble the reception or cleaning staff during my stay, but was always greeted with a friendly smile whenever we did interact. The reception team spoke excellent English and dealt with my check-in, check-out and taxi request efficiently. The location of the hotel is very convenient for cafes and restaurants and I was able to find all my meals,change currency, replace my phone charger, get a haircut and buy sunscreen within a 5-10 minute walk."

Best Western Premier Ark Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"The airport is extremely close to the airport. It’s barely a three (3) minute walk from the arrival terminal to the reception of the hotel. No need to take taxi/cab, just take left when come out of the terminal. The property is certainly Best Western, an American chain of the hotels. Tea, 500 ml, and coffee is complimentary available in the room."
