I recently had an amazing stay at the Maldives Kuredhivaru Resort and Spa. The resort itself is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, creating a perfect tropical paradise atmosphere. What an incredible honeymoon! Everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful, special shout out to our wonderful and attentive host Shail, Regina who always greeted us with such warmth at breakfast, and to Jane who we loved to chat to during icecream hour :) The rooms are so spacious, clean, and comfortable. Food was incredible at all restaurants, but our favorite was Bodumas. Signature cocktails were a 10/10 - my favorite was the star martini! The most relaxing, peaceful resort. From the moment we stepped off of the seaplane we were treated like family.....such an amazing welcome. The introduction to the resort and what it had to offer was seamless. The beach suite was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious. Upper viewing deck perfect for morning coffee, sun downers and bat watching! The MOST comfortable bed I'd ever slept in! Lounge area was perfect for our two boys to have their own space to sleep and hang out. House keeping twice daily was exceptional. Food was varied and delicious, extensive cocktail menu on the all inclusive package. Service was fantastic .....shout out to Salim and Shihan in the restaurant areas. Nothing was too much trouble. We made use of the complimentary yoga sessions....the most beautiful settings for sunrise and sunset classes. Plus the complimentary massages were amazing, over looking the sea in the water villas! Overall the resort is immaculately kept whilst maintaining it's relationship with nature and it's surroundings. We particularly enjoyed wandering around through the jungle pathways, seeing the crabs and lizards scuttling about. Top marks for being so environmentally conscious.....not a single plastic bottle to be seen on the island! Thank you Movenpick for making our family holiday so special ❤️

Movenpick is an amazing resort! I spent a week there with my wife and two children ages 13 and 11. We stayed in a sunrise overwater villa with pool. This was our first trip to Maldives and it did not disappoint. The overwater villa is everything we had imagined. It had a glass floor when you walk in that looks through to crystal clear water below. There is a glass window in front of you looking out to the pool. There is a massive bathroom to the left with a shower that has the ocean next to it. The master bedroom was great. The outdoor area by the pool amazing. There are 3 places to eat. You have the main buffet which we ate at a couple on nights. There is latitude 5.5 which is Mediterranean where we had lunch everyday. And there is bodumas which is Japanese. I would highly recommend full board as the food was great and very good value for money. We had a la carte lunch everyday and a la Carte dinner at both latitude 5.5 and bodumas. There is a jetty where the dive centre is where you just jump off and snorkel which we did everyday. We saw reef sharks, two turtles and plenty of colourful fish. There is a couple of tennis courts where we had a family hit of tennis. There was a table tennis table and darts. They have water sports. The staff are all extraordinarily friendly. I would highly recommend this resort.
