We have experience lot of hotel in pondicherry but want to experince a new hotel so first tkme booked with expedia and got offers too. Its inside pondicherry but from the main city 7km and close to paradise beach and pondy ocean park. Why i will recomend this hotel because we faced several issue in the city hotel on parking on season times. But here there no worries they have ample parking. Away from city traffic and rooms are...

"Very good, modern hotel, great location not far from the Paradise beach. This hotel is new, and although happy with the stay, the hotel needs to improve on the following: 1. No toilet paper was available. 2. No wifi. The hotel wifi did not work and the back up mobile data dongle did not work. 3. Only some of the room electric plugs worked. 4. Uber is sporadic here, drivers reluctant to accept trip 30 minutes from town. The hotel was unable to provide details of other local transport. Next...

"Hot water in the shower of the villa was not working. Never knew of hot water issues in an 5 star resort. Horrible service for villa guests. A cup of coffee took an hour to be delivered. Incredible property but horrendous service"

The disappointing thing is that the advertisement on the website doesn't match the real condition of the space. Moreover, the place is poorly maintained with limited facilities provided. They charge exorbitantly for meagre service. A very unethical practice. I checked out after a day, although I'd booked for three"
