"The property was great for 4 adults, especially having the 2 bathrooms. Location wise, it was a nice distance from the beach and very close to Pacific Fair and associated public transport. We used it as a base for the shuttle to the AFL game. Also walkable to Broadbeach. Would recommend. Be aware of potential delays in the checkin / checkout process, but worked out ok."

"We were able to check in early and offered free parking as some unexpected council water works were proceeding that night. Our child then fell critically ill needing hospitalization by pure chance. Cant thank the night duty guy enough who went above and beyond to help change bedding at 3am and provide extra linen. Prior to this full kitchen and views to ocean and generous living space were enjoyed!"

"Check-in was quick and efficient with friendly, welcoming staff. Our room was better than expected. We didn't realise one bedroom had a ensuite so that was lovely. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you'd need for cooking and the dishwasher was an added bonus. A full-sized fridge was great and there is a Woolworths supermarket within easy walk, making stocking up with groceries very easy. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes dryer. "This hotel is located perfectly right in the heart of Broadbeach. The moment you walk out the door , you have eateries, restaurants, bars , clubs even a supermarket & chemist ALL within 200m !! The rooms are exceptionally clean, very friendly & helpful staff. A definite must stay if you're traveling on the Gold Coast. Will definitely visit again some day."

When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . "This is a very low-level apartment. The fridge failed 3 times, and the food was lost each time. The management simply kept adjusting the fridge when it needed to be replaced. The plumbing is terrible. Most of the other appliances did not work properly. Management needs to be firmer with the owners. I definitely feel robbed on this stay."

"The one thing I found very disappointing was the accomodation states it has parking for guests But they only provide a few car parking spaces for Holiday Guests! There was so many” Private Empty Car Spaces” that never ever had any vehicles in them As I returned to the accommodation late ( as my husband was in hospital) All the “Guest Parking “ was full!! And I had to the. Drive around the streets looking for car parking. Probably wouldn’t recommend or stay at this accommodation"

"Against: soap rack in shower broken off. The non slip shower mat was dirty. Lots of bugs in the light fittings. Carpet wrinkled. The bowl in the laundry cupboard has some sort of unidentified dirt on it. FORS Exactly where we wanted to be. Great view. Within walking distance to all amenities as well as light rail. Staff was excellent and went the extra mile to help us on checked out."
