We had booked, paid and received confirmation only to arrive and be told by the owner that there was a problem. They had no vacancy. The owner said he had closed the bookings on the websites the hotel advertised through. He said we shouldn’t have been able book it. "We booked a family room/suite for 4 but when we arrived there was no such room in the hotel available so we had ro sleep in an appartment in a bigger old family house . It was not so bad as we had quite big space for ourselve and a beautiful sea view but the first moment when we arrived and couldn’t get the booked room in the hotel after 4 hours trip with kids was quite frustrating….the lady who gave us the keys and showed the house probably was the owner of the house and she was quite nice"
