"The service and housekeeping was superb. The Hotel is convenient, informative, and affable. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast, excellent lunch and dinner but the spectacular aspect is the view. Culminating with the view ( especially for children ) is the rooftop where they can feed the birds. The staff does a wonderful job creating a magical atmosphere for all involved. I travel a lot and recommend this hotel in the highest regard!"

Details:
Room: very clean, all amenities work just fine and room is nicely renovated, toilet is clean and functional. Only complaint here is that I rarely smelled smoke which was from the smoke cafe in front the hotel building but not a big deal. I am just too sensitive to smoke smell.
Wifi: very fast, stable, safe and reliable. I used internet heavily but got into no issues whatsoever.
Checkin/checkout: very smooth and effortless. Could not be...

"Stayed in January during a cold week.
The room was a bit dated but warm, very clean and comfortable. Everything from soap to robes provided, including a tub and safe.
Entire all-male staff is fabulous. Very helpful, polite and personable.
Breakfast is provided, varied and good. Breakfast room was comfortable and not cramped. Wish they had close captioning on TV.
Hotel is in convenient location to major sites, restaurants, and bus on Kennedy Drive.
Stayed a week and never a problem but me...
