"Described as a spa with robes slippers, deep bath and cooked to order breakfast. Spa closed, no robe, slippers or bath and buffet breakfast . When I asked to speak to management they refused to come but reception said it was advertised at a reduced rate and they sent email stating spa closed. As it was a non refundable payment and email was sent after payment I believe they mis-sold . Please check with hotel before booking to clarify what you are getting. "Staff members very rude, they’ll mutter under their breath at you if you ask anything of them. We didn’t have a fridge in our room and politely requested one as we were there to run the marathon and needed a fridge.
2 days of asking no fridge each day the new members of staff had no idea about the fridge request. It seems very disjointed no one passes over any info. Have to keep explaining everyday about the same request.
When we did speak to staff behind the counter one man was extremely...

"We had a great stay. Great location near the castle. I had picked this hotel because it had a/c but it was turned off for the season, so we had to sleep with the balcony door open. The room was clean but the carpet needs a cleaning. Other than that, we did enjoy our stay and our welcome bottle of wine amenity."

"We had booked a cozy room but I didnt realise it meant you couldn't get out of either side of the bed and had to shuffle to the bottom to get out. I have a heart condition so paid to upgrade. It wouldn't be an issue for most but I think should be clearer so people with health or mobility can decide. The rooms were clean but in the 4 nights we stayed the bins weren't emptied and tea/coffee weren't refilled. However, I have no doubt if asked would immediately have been done as the cleaning staff...

"Bisschen antiquiert ausgestattet in den Zimmern und auch die Aufzüge sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Alles in allem aber freundliches Personal, top Lage und Aussicht auf die Donau. Der Fitnessbereich ist zwar gut ausgestattet, aber bräuchte sehr dringend mal eine Generalüberholung mit neuen Geräten, denn Cardio- und Kraftgeräte sind sehr marodiert und dadurch kaum noch funktionsfähig."
