"Good hotel. i had several issues on contacting property. calling hotel several times, and speakign english, telephone was dropped 3 times in a row :( had to reach call center of all Jufa hotels to leave my request on late check in. 1 iron and 1 iron board for all hotel :( breakfast quality is average. otherwise great stay"

"All ok pools very nice food ok, unfortunatly to many moskitos bites, very heavy bedding not suitable for summer."

"Smooth check in service, staff friendly , food was good. Use of thermal areas was ok but property needs upgrades and renovations some out side showers not working , maintenance on some of the thermal pools needed For the price you pay in euros some property amenities do need maintenance upkeep Thank you "

"Alles sehr ansprechend und liebevoll gestaltet, wie z. B. der Lavendel rund um das Pool, das wunderbare Frühstück, das Moskitonetz bei den Türen, das schöne, große Bad, die aufmerksame Begrüßung und das spontane Update für meinen Neffen, dass er in örtlich in unserer Nähe sein kann. "
