"Great stay! Stayed 1 night. Very personalized service. The manager greets and checks in with each guest several times throughout the start as needed. Sri Lankan breakfast was great! Pool very nice. Was able to arrange a tuktuk transfer to several of the archaeological and religious sites within Anuradhapura for 5000 rupees (3-4 hours tour). Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful surroundings, tucked away on the Lakeside as the name suggests. Nice quiet and peaceful. "I really enjoyed my stay at Kutumbaya. The staff were really friendly and helped organise a safari and tour of the ancient ruins for me. The food was great, particularly the Sri Lankan breakfasts. The WiFi and air con were good and I even found some Premiership football on the TV. I’d definitely stay here again!"

"The property is a newly built house, great design, very ill maintained. Smelly blankets, no bedsheet between the blanket and your body. Uncleaned rags in front of the bathroom.
