"We checked in late in the evening, but the staff sent us the door code for the front door and the room and from that perspective check-in was very easy. The hotel was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay there. The hotel was just a five minute tram ride from the train station and a five minute walk to the tram. I did not know that check-in instructions would come through WhatsApp. If I hadn't made contact with another guest I would not have gotten the number I needed to contact the property.
