"Staff was amazing! And very helpful! Definitely walkable to the the Mayo Clinic although lots of construction going on right now. Shuttle available just wish it went a little later."

"The kitchen setup and laundry setup was excellent. The bathroom vent fan did not operate. The 2 chair setup for television viewing was small and uncomfortable. As well as there was no setup for a cup of coffee while watching tv. The location of television and the limited wall cable length restricted the ability to position the tv screen to enable viewing from the bed. The bed mattress was very firm. The location of the hotel to the hospital is excellent."

I thought the motel rooms and public areas were very clean. Assistance pertaining to local area was on the mark. With all the construction at medical centers, going one block south out of the parking lot to Second "Street" is a direct method to get downtown clinics!"

"We love this hotel! It’s so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our son’s treatments. "

You can also catch the quarter-hour shuttle at St. Mary's (across the street) if you're mobile. The hotel is very casual. "The staff at the Hyatt House in Rochester Minnesota was very friendly. The breakfast was great. They had fresh fruit every morning and plain Greek yogurt. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. My only issue was in our room that there were stains on the sheets. The mattress was comfy and the pillows are down so I really liked them."
