"Great location and helpful (mostly English speaking) reception staff.
One thing to note is that the car park access requires reception to open the barrier. The night staff (just after 8pm) wouldn’t let us in as he couldn’t find our booking. Despite the fact that I showed him our key! Eventually sorted but a challenge."
"The room was very cozy. I could hear the steam from my window and I had a slight Mountain View. The staff were kind. And my stay was very quiet. I would definitely visit again."
"Our stay was very pleasant. We traveled with a group and rented two adjacent rooms. Each room had a balcony with breathtaking views of the mountains. It was truly peaceful and serene. The ladies who operate the hotel are wonderful and cook delicious breakfasts each morning—you can smell the freshly baked goods from the room. The property is clean and well maintained. Ending the day of hiking with a sauna was perfection."
"The sauna and wellness zone are great. Loved the breakfast and the variety of options. Dinner was also very good. I liked the balconies and the rooms. I was surprised the gym was small but other than that, nothing that caught my eye in any negative way. Thank you!"
"Loved the staff, so super helpful. Nice to have breakfast included. There was a lot to choose from and it was tasty. Not super close to city center, but in between Tatra Park and city center was good location for us. Only complaints: room was roadside which was a bit noisy and no darkening shade in room so I was up very early with the sun!"
"The hotel hardware is good (nice terrace with beautiful views to the mountain, great food at the restaurant, overall well maintained), but the software component is quite bad (terribly understaffed - one sole person is receptionist both to the hotel and restaurant, waiter, andhousekeeper any given day).
