Everyone was attentive to my needs and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully maintained throughout my stay. It provided the perfect place to relax after a full day of exploring Hong Kong. During my stay, I experienced one of my most stressful and frazzled moments due to a double booking issue. Louis went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently listened to my concerns, guided me through the steps to try to resolve the situation, and even offered me an upgrade to help make my stay more comfortable.
