"First time solo travelling and I have to say it was a lovely stay and a very nice room! The only minor issues I had was some hair around the taps of the bath, and I was not able to unplug the bath. However staff were apologetic and got it rectified very quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, 2 minute walk from Brussels central station and the Grand Place so a prime location when travelling from the airport and to explore the city. "The Dukes’ Palace is simply outstanding. A fabulous hotel, with charming and delightful staff. The breakfast was magnificent too and our junior suite was extremely special. "The hostel is very good and the staff was very attentive. I really appreciated the luggage storage service you can choose the locker size you need and pay directly, very convenient. The location is also great, close to the city center and easy to get around. The room was comfortable and the shower was amazing very nice with plenty of hot water. A solid option for a stay in Brussels!"

"The staffs were amazing!! They were very kind to accept our request to add the breakfast to our stay. Amazing mouthwatering cookies as a welcome gift upon arrival. The staff Noemi was super helpful. She helped us plan our itinerary and gave us so many helpful tips and names of the restaurants. She is very knowledgeable and does her job very well. All the other staffs were also very kind and friendly. "
