"A little confusion with check-in. Did not realize I had to contact the host for an access code to front door, was not advised of this by Expedia. Once we got into the apartment everything else was great."

"There’s mice. Also no contact with management through Expedia or calls/chat. It’s unfortunate because it’s a nice place and convenient area. The cleaning staff is nice, but don’t speak English or French. But with issues of late night noise and screaming, there’s nowhere to get in touch with building management. I had to find the cleaning staff the next day. Also there is mice. we saw a mouse climbing up the curtains later. They know there’s an infestation since there’s mice traps. Honestly...
